Shipping policy

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 states, Washington, D.C., and Puerto Rico. We do not currently ship to other U.S. territories, including Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, and American Samoa. We do not currently ship internationally.

We can ship CO₂ cartridges and cylinders to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C. We do not ship them to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. This restriction also applies when a cartridge or cylinder is included with an airgun; it does not apply to a CO₂-powered airgun sold without one.

Processing & Handling Times

Most orders are processed and shipped within one business day. Orders placed on weekends, U.S. federal holidays, or other dates when our fulfillment center is closed may require additional processing time.

The following order types may also require additional processing time or are excluded from standard shipping timelines:

Hazardous-material products
Special-order items
Orders containing out-of-stock items
Orders requiring customer identity verification
Orders requiring technical inspection or product installation

Changes to an order depend on its processing status when the request is received. We cannot guarantee that changes can be accommodated after processing has begun.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on your destination and the weight of your order. Exact shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout after entering your destination zip code.

Free Shipping — Contiguous United States

Free FedEx Ground shipping is available on eligible orders of $170.00 or more shipped to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C.

Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico

Additional shipping charges apply to orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Exact charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

PCP airguns sent to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico are depressurized before shipment. This safety preparation may add one business day to processing.

Shipping Restrictions by Location

We will not ship items to restricted locations. No exceptions. If your shipping address falls within a restricted area for a specific product, we will contact you to request an alternate shipping address. If no alternate address is provided, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

We will not conceal items in multiple boxes, disassemble items for shipment, or engage in any behavior that circumvents applicable law or regulation, regardless of what other sellers may have done. Please do not ask.

It is your responsibility to know and comply with all applicable laws in your state, county, and city before placing an order. For legal or operational reasons, Airsenal does not ship the products listed below to the indicated locations. A listing here does not necessarily mean that possession or shipment is prohibited by local law. When specific purchase requirements must be met, those are also noted.

Airsoft products are shipped with any markings required by applicable law. Do not remove or alter required markings. Pellet guns and steel-BB airguns may be subject to different state and local requirements. Customers are responsible for reviewing the laws applicable to their location before ordering.

Silencers and devices designed to lessen or muffle firing noise, including devices built into or attached to airguns. Purely decorative parts not designed to reduce firing noise are not included.

Pellet guns and BB guns: New Jersey treats qualifying airguns as firearms. Residents may purchase eligible airguns through a designated local licensed gun dealer after obtaining the required New Jersey Firearms Purchaser Identification Card or permit, as applicable. Before placing an order, email Airsenal at sales@airsenalshop.com so we can confirm the transfer procedure and provide our fax instructions. Your chosen dealer must fax a copy of its Federal Firearms License (FFL) to Airsenal. After we confirm the dealer documentation, we will ship an eligible airgun to that dealer for transfer, not directly to your home. Airsoft guns may also be subject to local restrictions; check the rules for your location before ordering.
