Shipping policy

AT THIS POINT IN TIME WE ONLY SHIP ANYWHERE IN AMERICA

Orders placed by 12 noon Eastern usually ship by next business day! Weekends and holidays are excluded. Keep in mind the COVID19 crisis has slowed all shipments but we do our best to ship quickly.

Exclusions include but are not limited to international shipments, haz-mat products, special order items, orders with out-of-stock items, orders needing customer verification for processing, orders for technical inspection or product installation.
Changes to an order after it is submitted and approved for shipment are dependent on processing status at the time request is received.

Shipping charges depend on destination and weight of the items you are buying. Please add the items to the shopping cart and click [Check Out] button. The shipping options (with exact amounts we will charge for shipping) will be displayed on the checkout screen after you fill out the destination zip code.

We offer free shipping to Continental US on all orders above $150. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will incur in additional shipping costs. They will be displayed on the checkout screen after you fill out the destination zip code.

 

Shipping restrictions by location

We WILL NOT ship items to restricted locations, no exceptions. In these cases we will ask for an alternate shipping address and if one isn't provided we will cancel and refund the order. We won´t hide the item in double/triple boxes, we won´t disassemble the item and ship it in parts and we won´t engage in any behavior that goes against the law even if other stores have done this for you in the past, so please don't ask.

 

It's up to YOU to know the laws in your state, county and city and to fully comply with them. The following are examples of some state and local restrictions governing various products. This list shows products that are prohibited in the locations indicated. When criteria must be met for ownership, those are also listed.


All airsoft guns must have at least a 1/4-inch blaze orange muzzle or an orange flash hider. U.S. federal law requires that all airsoft guns are sold with this marking to avoid the guns being mistaken for firearms. Airguns (guns that shoot pellets or steel BBs) do not have an orange muzzle, nor are they required to have one by the U.S. federal government or any state, county or municipal government ordinance. If you remove the orange muzzle or flash hider from your airsoft gun, you will have voided our 30-day return policy for that item and will not be able to return it for a refund.
